Scottish Highlands distillery Dunnet Bay have released their 41.5% ABV Winter Edition Rock Rose Gin.
Christmas Tree Spruce tips have been added to the original botanicals, scaled down and including rose root, sea buckthorn, rowan berries and blueberries, whilst the ceramic bottle has been given a wintery white, grey and blue redesign.
As well as serving with tonic, it is recommended to be served neat in a hot glass, garnished with toasted sage and crisp apple.
